I love this podcast. Noel’s dulcet tones talking about motorcycles has helped me while away many hours at work. Clive despite looking like a wish.com version of Chris Evans offers a different often expletive laden perspective on motorcycling. Combined they are the Richard & Judy of the podcast world.
A podcast made by strange people, for strange people. What more could one ask for! Well worth a listen if you happen to have come to the realisation you are strange!
Absolutely love this podcast, have listened from the beginning and always look forward to the next episode.
Hi Clive, Noel Presently working my way through your back catalogue of podcasts and thoroughly enjoying them, the craic is mighty. I would like to say a BIG thank you for having Ollie present episode 20 series 3 on the subject of first aid, like yourselves it had been sometime since I did a first bike at scene course however having listened to it I will endeavour to find one near me. Thanks again for the Podcast and although not an off road rider as said I do enjoy them. Stay Safe and keep them Sunny Sude UP Norrie Masson
I have binged listened to every episode over the last 3 weeks. I’m gutted that I am I’m now up to date and have to wait for new releases! Very informative and some brilliant guest from the adv scene. How I’ve not heard or listened to this before I’ll never know. I have recommended this to every adv biker I’ve associated with over the last couple of weeks. I’m a little biased to the small bike side of the fence though. Keep up the good work guys!

Credit where it’s due, this is a great podcast. I take something away from each episode and look forward to the next. It’s light hearted humour and a good bit of fun, with some decent guests who share the same passion for motorcycles as the hosts. Thanks.
Always makes me grin and sometimes something useful is said as well….Do I win a sticker? 😂🤣😂😂
Great range of topics, great guests and really useful snippets of information delivered in an irreverent way. Adds light to the dark days of the year! Thanks chaps 🙌
Been listening to this for a long time now and still absolutely love it. Best bike podcast around thanks lads
I’m a HGV driver working nights and found the TAMPodcast. Blasted through the episodes in a few weeks. Always been a road rider, but done a few off road days with friends at the Yamaha off road school in Llanidloes. Informative, funny and have been watching a few of the videos of you guys too. Keep up the sprockets and bollocks. Good work guys.
Enjoyed every episode. A great mix of useful insight and fun. A fine line to tread and they do its well. Look forward to every new episode with excited anticipation. Highly recommended and top of my list to go to when I want to listen and relax and set my dreams of travels brewing. Thanks guys, Adam (Adam Ef, Future_Map_Of_The_Past)
No heroes on here. Just great chat about off-road bikes, but not enduro related. I find CRF 300’s under sprung and under powered, but many don’t so that’s fine too. If you’re thinking about taking up bike travel this should inspire you to start. Great pod cast never miss an episode.
2 opinionated old boys chatting rubbish about dirt bikes, occasionally bring people in to lecture them about motorcycles too. Basically my TRF group chat in audio form, haven’t missed one yet.
1h6m to get to that answer?! 🤣 Great as always, thanks to all. Clive’s right though. Obvs. And I look forward to the days when there’s five videos out there for any CRF300 mod so I don’t have to any more. Nice video too.
We love listening to the podcast shows on bike trips and camping destinations across North America.
Clive and Noel have nailed it with this podcast. The content is all very natural, very informative, very professionally edited, and having been fortunate enough to actually feature on here myself I can confirm they have a wicked sense of humour (let’s just say not everything makes the edit! 😂). There’s a TAMP fanboy right here!
I listen to a lot of podcasts mainly comedy and some work related stuff (Clive I think we may be in the same industry) this is the first one that I have gone back and re-listened to episodes. It is delivered with humour and humility (well from Noel). Expert advice and great guests. Look forward to hopefully bumping into you at the ABR. Keep up the good work I really appreciate how much effort you all put in.
I look forward to the 3am baby feed just I can stick on the TAM podcast! It’s really getting me through the tuff nights and the days of not riding!
You know when you wish you had people to talk to about biking and adventuring, but the wife doesn’t care and your real mates are all boring? This is the podcast for you. Great natural conversations about trail riding and all that cool stuff. A good laugh and perfect for those times you can’t go out and ride. Keep it going chaps this is great!
We all have the same plans, find the perfect bike, bolt on loads of useless mods and travel round the world for 12 years… then remember you own a house, have loads of bills to pay and probably won’t get this signed off the your better half… so a week in the Lake District it is. Clive and Noel seem like these blokes too, a podcast filled with great tips and advice on what to do, where to go and all the same banter you have with your friends down the pub and on bikes trips. Take a photo of the crash first, then help. Really relatable content, all the bits you want to know or if you need inspiration to do a trip that is achievable, then definitely give this a listen. Guest speakers are fantastic and inspiring and I’ve gone on to watch plenty of the mentioned videos following the podcast. I just hope we’re all invited to the next FOMO bbq… TAMP Festival? Keep up the great works chaps!
I found out about the pod cast when I signed up to Adventure Specs mailing list a few week ago... have listen to every episode in about 3 weeks! Just like listening to a group of our own mate talking about bikes and travel.... very entertaining :) Highly recommend it great listen... Keep up the good work guys!
I first learned of Clive and Noel around 6 months ago, through there participation in the Adventure Spec videos on YouTube. They, along with Greg, are partly to blame for my purchase of a CRF250L in late 2021…..incidentally, I was led to their videos via Jamie and Mark (of Lightweight Adventurers fame). So, have now come full circle and just listened to all of the above guilty parties together in another great podcast!! As a trail riding newbie, (but full time motorcyclist of 25yrs) I find their content both informative and amusing. In fact, the perfect balance of pi££ taking and genuinely useful/interesting stuff. Please keep up the great work guys, even if you are costing me a small fortune in ‘essential things and stuff’….
Enjoyed every episode. A great mix of useful insight and fun. A fine line to tread and they do its well. Look forward to every new episode with excited anticipation. As someone who is just transitioning from road to trail riding I’m really enjoying this podcast, especially the episodes on trip planning and kit. The more basic the question answered the better for me as it’s a brand new world. Motocamping would be a good topic. Apologies if you’ve already done this. Im still working my way through the back episodes. Keep up the good work!
Thanks to a recommendation from Greg I’ve been listening to the podcasts. I’ve been really enjoying them and just wanted to let you know so that you can be inspired to make more.
At last, a trail and adventure riding specific podcast. Some of the presenters are a bit kookie, and some of the so-called advice is a little questionable (waterproof pyjamas… I rest my case) but it’s a thoroughly enjoyable listen. Keep up the good work Clive and Noel. *edit: keep up the good work Clive. Well done for delegating the production duties Noel!
Love this podcast. love the banter between hosts and guests. While I don't ride on trail's, only the road this podcast has make me want to get a trail bike and start exploring my local area.
I really like these guys. They are funny and very down to earth. They seem to attract some really good guests. I shall be following the adventures closely.
